Marguerite Johnson has had a passion for interiors ever since she was a young child.
I chose CAAD at MSU because I wanted to grow in my knowledge surrounded by people who would continuously encourage me.
My favorite spot on campus is the area behind Etheredge Hall. It is surrounded by Ginkgo’s trees, and in the fall they turn a beautiful shade of yellow that is so brilliant I can't put it into words.
I chose CAAD at MSU because I knew I wanted to be an interior designer from a young age. I have always been a creative person and knew that CAAD would be the perfect fit for me. When I first came to visit, I noticed how close-knit the community was, and everyone’s work ethic inspired me. One of my favorite parts about being in interior design is knowing everyone in my class because I always have a friend if I need help!
Etheredge, of course!
I chose CAAD, specifically Interior Design, because I knew I wanted to have the opportunity to be creative! I have thoughts and ideas that I want to convey to others in a way that can help others, and CAAD lets me do that! I have loved design for a long time, and when I visited the program I could see how passionate the students and professors were about their work, and that is what I wanted. CAAD inspires me to think in a way I didn't realize I could.
