Cindy Simpson

Cindy W.Simpson, Mississippi State University interior design alumna, has been elevated to the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) College of Fellows.

Cindy is the managing director of Gensler’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Named one of the Dallas 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas and Fort Worth for two years by D CEO Magazine, Simpson has inspired a dynamic culture of collaboration and design excellence founded upon her people-first leadership approach.

Gensler is a global architecture, design and planning firm with 48 global locations, whose designers strive to make the places people live, work and play more inspiring, more resilient and more impactful.

Simpson's leadership in a variety of high-profile projects (including The Star in Frisco, 400 Record, Toyota Music Factory, and Legacy West), shows her intense focus on her clients’ business drivers and the factors of design that impact the human experience.

Her generous and continued financial support at Mississippi State University through the Cindy W. Simpson Loyalty Scholarship and the Cindy W. Simpson Endowed Scholarship in the Interior Design Program of the College of Architecture, Art and Design is a testament to her dedication to educating, elevating and advancing the design industry.
